hi I'm jus need help answering this question...Crete a set of procedures that tell staff what they should do in the case of a broken arm that has pierced the skin..

Just a question, but do you have your first aid certificate? You will eventually need it before starting employment in the child care industry. Once you have it you will easily be able to answer this question. In fact if you do some research on first aid, it should be pretty easy anyway. Just a thought
