Question:
What are the benefits of tracking the illnesses in the service, how will you use this information?
I feel like it might be talking about knowing what type of illness are in the service and when the most illnesses occur (what time of year) so they can send reminders to parents about illnesses that usually occur at this time. OR is it referring to if a child becomes seriously ill and they need to access all of their illness history?
i have no idea! I have tried to research but I am not sure where to look.
