CHCECE007 - Children Being Protected - Article 19

I am working on CHCECE007 and my question is
Article 19 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child stipluates that 'Children have the right to be protected from being hurt and mistreated, physically or mentally'.
What does this require from you as an educator to support the development of positive and respectful relationships with children?
My thoughts on the answer:
Is this asking what we would do to be a positive and respectful relationship with a child?
