CHCECE007 - Assisting Children To Solve COnflicts

Hi, i am stucked in this question ... please help.


1.Our role as educators involves assisting children to solve conflicts when they arise. Put the following problem solving steps in order.
Which one goes first ?


Define the problem. “What do you think the problem is Nick?" : No ____
Choose a solution. "OK, so, Nick, you will build the moat and Sam, you will get the water” : No ____
Help children identify their feelings. “Nick you sound like you are really frustrated." : No ____
Brain storm possible solutions. “What do you think would be a way to fix the problem Nick?” : No ____
Evaluate how the problem was resolved. "So, how did it go boys? Did it work out OK?" : No ____
Put the solution into practice. “OK Sam you need to get the water for the moat now.” : No ____



2. Match the strategy to guide children's behaviour with the most appropriate age group.
(Infant, Toddler, Preschool or School Aged Child)

Assist children to find solutions to problems. : ___________

hi lorina, i been trying and also been reading again n again,

so this is the answer in my opinion.

1. Define the problem. “What do you think the problem is Nick?" : No 2

but its not right, please help.

so my best answer is :

1. help children to identify their feelings
2. brain storm possible solutions
3. define the problem.
4. choose a solution.
5. put the solution into practice
6. evaluate how the problem was resolved.

but this still isnt right. please help, thanks
