Hi Lorina,

I'm hoping you can provide me some direction please with a question I a little stuck on with my diploma studies...

I'm completing an education flyer and need to answer the following question:

At least 2 strategies on how information can be shared with all educators about the individual requirements of each of the children attending the education and care service. Include strategies for sharing information on injury and illness, rest and sleep, diet and nutrition, and suitable clothing.

I'm thinking that staff meetings could be one strategy, as all employees/educators will be in the same room together and can discuss any concerns they have with any of the above topics and another strategy could be having a communication book in each of the rooms, for all educators to record any information in relating to the above question and all educators are to read this book upon commencement of their shift??
Would this be on the right track?? can you potentially add anything that I've missed please.
