The question is:
If a child in a child care centre has signs of Asthma:
- investigate what types of information would be on their Asthma Management Plan
- identify what documents you need to complete?
I have answered the first question but I'm struggling to answer the second part. Are there documents that childcare workers have to complete when a child has an asthma attack? Where will I find more information on this?

The first question is asking the types of information such as Doctor, what to do, etc.
The second question would probably be something like an illness/incident form.
