I can tell you've done some good research for this task. Just with the first response I'm adding another direction which I think the question is probably referring too and I also helping you out with Q6. Thanks for adding your references as well. It helps!
How might the historical issues of the Pitjantjatjara people have impacted at a local , regional and state level?

I think you need to change your response for this question. I think it has more to do with the recognition of the sacred sites that are important for this community such as Uluru (Ayers Rock). Here is some more information:
