Please help me with some diploma questions

1.Reflect on potential impact own background may have on interactions and relationships with people from other cultures

2.List the steps in processing information in a culturally sensitive way including identification of how and with whom information can be shared

3.How could you promote the establishment of constructive relationships with all children and families based on trusting relationships, respectful interactions, understandings of alternate world views and celebration of diversity

This question requires you to reflect on your own background and the impact it may have on people from other cultures for e.g. are you accepting. do you know much about other cultures, do you tend to stick with people from other cultures etc.
