Hi, I am new to this site. When I was doing research I came across this and thought I would give it a go.

So I am a little bit stuck with one of my questions.

Identify and explain the key statutory and regulatory requirements which apply to my organisation (childcare) and the work it undertakes including work health and safety laws.

Now whilst I am researching there is soo many sites saying different things. But from what I can see and what I am presuming is the Legislations Acts for example:
Child Protection Act
Early Childhood Education and Care Services Regulations
National Law
Food Safety Act and Regulation
Occupational Health and Safety Act
And then from these I would explain what each is about.

Am I on the right track or completely the opposite?
