CHCCS400C - Work within a relevant legal and ethical framework

I'm stuck on how to answer a couple of questions, I'm hoping someone can help!
Q4. Briefly explain the responsibilities relevant to your work role as an early childhood educator regarding:
d) Service policies, procedures and protocols
Q5. Provide an example for the following:
b) When must you seek agreement from a child?
Q12. b) Discuss the strategies you would employ to address areas of ethical concern for each of these statements
c) How do you ensure you are working within an ethical framework within your job role as an educator?
The two I've chosen for Q12 are:
In relation to children, I will: Respect the special relationship between children and their families and incorporate this perspective in all my interactions with children
In relation to colleagues, I will: Acknowledge and support the personal strengths, professional experience and diversity which my colleagues bring to their work
