Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Regulations
This is what I have so far, am I on the right track??
The Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Regulations is a system put in place to standardize and regulate laws throughout the country. In turn this helps us to ensure the safety, health and well being of children attending education and care services by collaborating information and resources and having processes in place to allow for continuous improvement of provision of education and cares services. As an educator it means there are established guidelines for processes such as operational requirements, assessment and rating systems, compliance, publicity of information, monitoring and enforcement powers.
