Hi Everyone

I have been looking over document after document, legislation after legislation and cannot find a clear cut answer for this question.

5. After filling in form NL01 and notifying the relevant authorities, where would you store this document according to service policies and the Education and Care Services National Regulations?

As far as i can tell, it is the director' responsibility to file the form in a safe place that is not within the students file. Is this correct or could someone please point me in the right direction please?

Thank You
Kelly

From what I understand the complaint details shall be stored in a separate confidential file, in a locked drawer accessible only by the Director...

Thanks Lorina,

Is there any specific document that says this so i can reference from it or is that just a general understanding? Im sure there must be some kind of formal procedure but i just cant find it anywhere.

Very disappointing to spend so much time on research to come up empty handed. But i will have another look tonight.

I have a Privacy and Confidentiality Policy template from ACECQA... Maybe you could use this to refer to...
