an educator comes to room n find 10 month old kane lying on cushion drinking milk ...he is not signed in and no one saw him to b dropped off .is it
ethical dilema
legal dilemma
play dilemma
economic dilemma
i think its ethical dilemma
is tht correct please help me out

I think it is a legal dilemma. As far as your records go Kane isn't supposed to be there or be counted in the ratios since he hasn't been signed in. All parents must sign their child in so you have a count and knowledge of who is at the service each day. This is a legal requirement...
