Can I get help to answer this assessment pls
Use the Following scenario to answer the next two questions. Scenario: Scenario 1 During rest time you overhear two of your colleagues gossiping about an alleged affair that one of them is having with a parent of a child that is currently resting. They have talked about details of the ‘relationship’ and commenting their thoughts and opinions on whether the parent involved will leave their partner for them.

Why is this situation a potential ethical issue or dilemma?

Very interesting scenario! I can only imagine the gossip and tremendous hurt this will cause the family if this actually happened in a centre!

I think for this scenario you need to look into "ethical boundaries" or "client relationships" which may help give you an idea on what type of response to use. In regards to reporting, you would have to document what you have heard and go and talk to the Director about it.
