Hi Nusrat,

With this question the best thing to do is review the food and nutrition policies that is available at a childcare centre. Are you currently working at a childcare centre and do you have access to these documents?

When reading through the policies you should be able to find the info for the questions to this assignment... just have a read through the policies.

Answer I and II info can be easily found in books or online you should have no issues finding signs that children are ready for solids + plenty of sites showing how to encourage healthy eating etc
III just needs some imagination - think about how (if you could) include the children in food prep etc
IV & V as LA said will probably need you to look over your centres policies
