Case Study 1;

What processes would occur if an allegation of child abuse was levelled against the Director of the Childcare Service?
Who would be the next official person to go to above the Director?

hmmm interesting..... family services?
id say it would be reported to whoever it would normally be reported to if it was anyone else...only diff is that if abuse is suspected the Director of a centre has to take it the relevant authorities so in this case if the Director is the alleged abuser then it still goes to the relevant authorities just gets there via a different source
Im going purely on common sense here so i may be very wrong so don't hold me to it
