3. During the QIAS validators’ recent visit to the service, he expressed disappointment in the very poor participation rates from parents at the centre. It is rare for the centre to get
feedback from parents about the program and daily activities. While the survey reports
showed the parents are happy with the quality of care there is little or no interaction.

How can you have more structured discussions about children’s needs and progress? *** does anyone know if this is refering to the QIAS validators report or does this refer just to the centre ?
