Hi everyone! How are we all
I need help with one of my assessment questions.
the scenario if of a child who has a sore head and a swollen face, they think its Mumps. the first question is asking what you do from policy, the second question is about the fact sheet you need to display and then i have these two questions:
3. How do you support the child’s health needs at this time and provide for their comfort? (Minimum 100 words)
4. What strategies will you implement to you ensure you effectively supervise and monitor the child that is unwell, whilst you maintain supervision of the other children in the room? (Minimum 80 words)
These are the question I need help with.
my answer for question 3 is:
3.I would find a quiet area where the child can rest comfortably, on the bean bags or get a bed out for them, so they can be isolated but still be supervised by staff.
I would off the child a drink of water.
I don't have anything for question 4. as I feel like its asking me the same thing again.
Any ideas to help my thinking would be fantastic! Or even point me to where i could find some ideas, thanks Heaps!
Nikki.
