Assessment Cluster CHC50113

I am still struggling along trying to develop an Education and Care Plan for 3 children of different ages and backgrounds. I still think I'll develop a Weekly Intentional Plan for each child as no-one seems to have heard of an Education and Care Plan however, I was also looking at the template Weekly Plan of Significant Learning.

I just need more clarification on what things would be listed in the Significant Learning column. I started listed the learning experiences I had implremented for each child based on my knowledge, Room thems and goals and parent input, and then realised that these would seem to fit better in the Planned Opportunities and Knowledge Building Columns? So that leaves me with what in the significant learning part?

I also have noticed that there is no-one on the forum who seems to have done this particular assessment task? for their Diploma

Thanks for any help.

I remember you have asked about the plans before and I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble with it. Must be very frustrating still trying to figure his question out. I had a quick search through previous topics on the forum and yeah it doesn't seem like this question has been asked before. Don't worry, it just means that your provider is probably giving you a different assignment for this particular module which is typical.

OK, so with the Weekly Plan Of Significant Learning in the "Significant of Learning" you basically add the experiences for your child (in your case) based on their interests and needs, skills. goals and abilities. In Planned Opportunities and Knowledge Building here is where you add any intentional teaching, parent input, observational experiences.

Since you have access to this template as a subscriber you can edit the MS Word version to suit your needs. So, this means you can change the headings etc.

Anyways hope this help,
