1. The outdoor training needs analysis has identified that not all educators are wearing hats while supervising outside. The feedback from staff is that they don’t need to wear them on cloudy days.
What resources could you use to provide training on the importance of sun safety?

3. How would you assess the effectiveness of the sun safety training for the educators?
