I'm not sure if i am understanding the question properly.

Q. As an Early Childhood Education and Care assistant you will be required to work with and consult colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds. Why is this beneficial to your centre?

A. This can help provides understanding on how to provide care for children with a range of backgrounds. As well as helping provide children with a sense of belonging and identity.
