I am doing development cluster and struggling with three questions
1)As an educator you will have an understanding of physical development, there are two basic principles of growth. From the following select the correct answer:
Cephalo-caudal and proximodistal
Mobility and quantitative physiological change
Proximo-distal and perceptual development
Locomotor and fine motor development
According to me Locomotor and fine motor skills but not sure .
2)An infant who first learns to turn her head, kick her legs, reach her arm over to the other side of her body, and then combines all these movements to roll over onto her stomach is exhibiting evidence of:
Dynamic systems theory
The cephalocaudal trend
Proximodistal trend
Fine motor skills
From my perspective it should be Proximodistal trend but it's showing incorrect
3) A child who has learnt to cut using scissors has mastered a Fine motor skill. This is referred to as:
Simple synergy
Reciprocal synergy
Sequential patterns
Kinaesthesia
Kinaesthesia according to me
I already did 1st attempt and doesnt want to take risk ..Please help
