2.8 Identify three strategies you could use to address these barriers to implementing sustainability policies.

Barriers were: Non enough money, not enough resources, not enough consultation
help me please. TIA

Yes, your barriers are fine so what would you do to overcome these barriers... Maybe do some fundraising or a raffle to get more money, go to professional development workshops etc.
