Barriers of Embedding Sustainability

Need help please.
How will you deal with barriers to embedding sustainability in a child care service ?
My answer so far is differing levels of knowledge and experience amongst staff.providing staff with necessary resources, education and support can overcome some of these barriers and enable staff to confidently and effectively implement sustainable practices.
I can't find or think of anymore barriers... Thank you
