the question is what documentation is needed to identify any child with additonal needs

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
i am stuck on this question i dont know whether my answer is right. what i have so far is observations, letters from the child's doctor. dont know if this is right any help will be appreciated

You may need letters from a variety of professionals,eg: paediatrician, speech therapist, occupational therapist, psychologist etc. Classroom impact statements, home impact statements, general obs, specific obs (ie: identifying areas of need)
Copies of work samples completed by child.
