what appropriate equipment and resources children would need and how to make easily accessible for the age range given for each of the tasks below

1-self dressing(5 year old) my answer is having lower rungs in wardrobes or closet ,than we can organise drawers and having a modest amount of clothes available for choice is critical for young children too much choice and they can deciding what to wear.

2-hand washing(3 year old:soap ,tissues,bin,hand towel,toilet paper ,

how we can make easily accessible?

3-home corner(toddler):dishes for cooking ,vegetable and fruit toys, basket ,doll ,

we can put some baskets on low shelfs and put the name of the toys on the basket with picture that children can recognize

4-packing away toys(preschool) : ?

Self Dressing - Having hooks where children could hang their jackets and hats which they can remove easily, having a mirror at child's heights, shoe stand where children can leave their shoes and gain access to them, a mat near the shoe stand where they can sit and put their shoes and socks on...

Hand Washing - Visual displays, soap dispensers, hand towel/hand dryer, bin to place paper towel (kids shouldn't touch it), song they can sing while washing their hands.

Home Corner - set up based on what they are interested in. Toys should be enough for a small group of children to play.

Packing Away - Using a song during pack away, baskets with photos of toys, encouragement while packing away...

Hope this gives you an idea,
