Anecdotal Observtion Lilu and Puzzle

In need of some help to let me know if I'm on the right track.

Observation 1 - Anecdotal Observation - Sequence 1: Lilu and puzzle
I have done the observation and interpretation but not sure if have done the Relevant Approved Learning Framework Links part correctly
Here's what I have

Outcome 1- Children have a strong sense of identity
1.1 children feel safe, secure and supported
1.2childrendevelop their emerging autonomy, inter-dependence, resilience and sense of agency
Outcome 2- Children have a strong sense of well being
3.1 Children become strong in their social and emotional well being
3.2 children take increasing responsibility for their own health and physical well being
Outcome 4- Children are confident and involved learners
4.1 children develop dispositions for learning such as curiosity, co operation, confidence, creativity, commitment, enthusiasm, persistence, imagination and reflexivity
4.2 Children develop a range of skills and processes such as problem solving, inquiry, experimentation, hypothesising, researching and investigating
4.4 Children resource their own learning through connecting with people, places, technologies and natural and processed materials

5.1 children interact verbally and non verbally with others for a range of purposes
5.2 Children engage with a rage of texts and gain meaning from these texts
5.4 children begin to understand how symbols ad pattern systems work
Any opinions are welcomed as I'm not even sure if I've understood this part correctly
