Action Plan in EYLF

Hi,
Can anyone guide me as to what to write in this question...I have been thinking about the answer but not getting as to what examples/action plan to quote.
Ques - Create an action plan, using the learning framework that outlines how your service will provide children with opportunities to maximise their potential and develop a foundation for future success. Use the principles, practices and outcomes table to guide your action plan.
