I tried with these question through net and learner guide but i was not able how to write answer

The first question you need to put in your answer the websites and where you can fund a hard copies as well.

The second question is related to confidentiality. There is nothing about gathering information in those documents but there is a lot about confidentiality and that's what you need to concentrate on in this question. How you use confidentiality to gather the information.
