As first time i am doing child care volunteering, i see lots of children sometimes aggressive in nature. So how can i teach them about good behaviour and give respect.

Thanks

Yes, it is quite common to see children misbehaving in child care. There could be a number of factors due to this and you should be able to handle almost all types of behaviour except those that are very serious then you will need to set up a behaviour management plan to resolve the issues causing the misbehaviour in the first place. For the usual instances of misbehaviour, have a look around the environment to see if you can pin point what's causing it? Are the activities too easy or too challenging? Are there not enough activities for the children to play with? Do children seem bored? Even a simple thing such as boredom can cause children to misbehave! Here are some more helpful tips:

Hope this helps,

Due to lake experience in child care I have less idea about behavior management. Can you please help me out how can I make a proper structure in It?
