Room leader pay

The amount depends on your qualification and how long you have worked in childcare for...
Do you have cert 3 or Diploma and when did you complete it?

I have been working as a Room Leader since January 2016. I had my Diploma qualifications at the end of 2015. I have just realised now that my contract says that my Position is Doploma in Early Childhood Education. I get paid $21.52. Is this the amount I should be paid?
