Question about hourly wage of unqualified diploma student

Hi!!!

I am currently studying diploma and got an offer of casual OSHC Assistant and they offered me $23.38/hr, is it appropriate???

Hi Joby,

Yes, you are being paid above award rate. Since you are not a diploma qualified as yet, your minimum wage is $22.72, however, they are paying above that.

Hi

Just wondering, when studying my diploma and being classes as actively working towards my diploma at work does my pay rate stay the same until I finish my qualification?

What is your position? How have long left you got with your Diploma qualification until you finished?
