Ect rates

Hi, I’m just recently employed as ect and educational leadership at the same time
I got around 5 years experience working in childcare industry, my employer pay me level 8 which is 32.5.
My questions are how the teacher awards rate level works? Does my level automatically going up every year? And am I eligible for leadership allowance as edu leadership?
And what happened if the ask me to act as second in charge on top of ect and edu leadership, will my rates changes?
(I got master of teaching in early childhood edu as my qualification)
