Should parents take child care training courses?

Reading parenting articles and parenting books, asking friends and family, going to practical classes, these are all types of training that parents may take and it gives a sense of confidence when parenting your child.

Agree it should not be necessary, but if I ask you, as a parent, what are the specific areas parents should learn in child care?
