Programming for only child.

Hi all!
Just wanted to post a quick question to see what you all had to say. I'm currently an educator at a centre in the toddlers room, a family has convinced me to leave to be their nanny. We'll be going through an FDC sort of group where you work in home and they can still claim the rebate, etc. My question is, for an 18mnth old, how to program for just one child in the home? Does anyone have any templates or have any creative ideas on how they kept things fresh and interesting, when its the same environment all of the time? Obviously we will go out a lot to parks, etc. but worried about the same resources getting old.
Also at our centre we have a "day book" where we put pictures and a little description of what we did that day, etc. I'm trying to think of a way to create the same thing at home. Obviously I could message her daily photos, but I want her to be able to see physical evidence of our days, and be able to look through it at her convenience. Instead of getting bothered at work by my photo messaging! They don't have a printer and I can't get to my home every day to print, as well as not wanting to use up all of my own resources. Any ideas or other thoughts would be amazing! If you've gone private and dealt one on one, or with only one family, etc and have any pieces of advice I would appreciate it! Any "what i wish i knew" thoughts are very welcome! Thank you all in advance!
