New program for babies

Hi everyone! First time posting here :)
So I have been asked by my room leader to come up with a new topic for our program. Something to focus on.
I am stuck as I have never planned for babies before.
Our programs so far this year have been:
Building relationships with peers and educators
Cooperation and relationship building (beginning to share, play together/alongside each other comfortably etc.)
Gross motor development
Sensory perception
Communication skills
Climbing program
Colour recognition
Conflict resolution (Learning to use words rather than hitting or screeching at each other)
Independence (packing away, climbing without assistance etc.)
Most of our children are over 15 months now, some of the children are almost 2 but we do have a few babies just turning 1 and one 6 months old.
I am stuck for ideas on what to plan for next. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi!

Welcome to the Forum!

In regards to the topics for the babies think about their interests... Talk to the children's families about their interests at home, what have they done over the weekend that you can incorporate into the program theme. For example talk to families about different ways their child has travelled maybe you could do something on vehicles land/sea. Aeroplanes, trains, boats, trams etc.

Think about each of the families culture and traditions that you could include into a theme. Teach the children about different cultures for example a theme could be the world around us...

You could also do something related to science, math, literacy etc.

Possibilities are endless!
