1. Give yourself enough time to plan and manage your workload.
2. Observe children, find out their interests, talk to parents about their child, etc.
3. Supervise in different areas of the playground, keeping children safe.

This should help:
1.What do you believe the role of the casual workers is in ensuring the children are receiving high quality learning experiences?
- By working together with the Educators within the room and providing experiences which stimulate children's interests.
- Scaffolding children's learning
- Encouraging children to develop new skills
2.What do you believe your role is with regards to making sure the health, safety and wellbeing of the children is at the forefront of day to day interactions?
- Supervising children in all areas
- Scanning the environment making sure there are no potential risks
- Reporting and dealing with any safety issues straight away
- Getting advise from room Educators as to special dietary requirements/ allergies that you need to be aware of etc.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
Answers of your question
1. What will you do to meet the deadline in a childcare?
According to me:
I will set Set Goals.
I will make a list of your goals for the week.
I will put together a Checklist. ...
I will prioritize my work
I will ensure some uninterrupted time
I will make small changes if needed.
2. If you want to plan and implement a program what will you do?
According to me
Define goals, that is the first step in the implementation process is defining your goals.
Conduct research.
Map out risks.
Schedule milestones.
Assign responsibilities and tasks.
Allocate resources.
3. How do you manage outdoor's with mixed age group of children?
According to me
Make group as per age.
Encourage older and more confident pupils to act as mentors to support younger children.
Keep groupings flexible; they may change from activity to activity over the course of the day.
Thanks
Nandita
