Have a look at the links I had posted above. They will help you to get an idea of questions you may get asked and how to prepare for an interview.

As a Diploma assistant, you will be assisting in the room, you may still be required to do documentation as well but that's solely up to the room leader.

You will be fine!

Good Luck!

Hello,

First of all, do not get nervous facing any interview. Because of being anxious, you may even forget the answers to an easy question.

Here is some example of questions that may be asked.

What is your favorite part of being a child care worker and why?
What do you find most challenging about caring for children?
How have you dealt with upset or angry parents in a child care setting?
What is your philosophy about caring for infants in a child care setting?
Describe a time you resolved an issue with an unhappy parent.
What's the relationship between customer service and child care?
What is your understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework?
What is your understanding of the National Quality Standard?

Hope this will help

Thanks
Nandita
