What have you done in regards to programming and planning. Have you observed a child? Write observations? Write learning stories? Plan the program? It's based on your own experiences and what you have done...

Hello,
The question is about how you will program and plan that is, it is about your experience, observation, and thinking skill to plan a program.
I can say that you have to keep patience while dealing with children. Along with that should show up your problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, decision-making, abilities, compassion, creativity, and leadership quality to deal with children.
With all your abilities, and what you experience in regards to programming, and planning, you have to write in your answer.
