Hi everyone,
I have a group interview next week for a new childcare centre opening soon. I'm really nervous as I am unfamiliar with the process of a group interview.
Can anyone please give me some advice on what to expect in a group interview? e.g what sort of questions and what group activities
Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

Here is a user sharing her experience on doing a group interview:

Group Interview

You may be able to get an idea of what to expect (although all interviews are different)...

Good Luck!

Let us know how it goes!

Hello,

Some general tips for group interviews:
Conduct Due Diligence on Interviewer(s)
Greet Both Interviewers and Candidates Individually.
Be Friendly, But Be True to Your Convictions.
Listen More Than You Talk.
Involve Everyone in Your Answers.
Answer First Every Now and Then.
Be Confident in Your Body Language and Voice
Dress professionally. ...
Be prepared with interview materials.
Prepare for the daycare's questions

Apart from these anything child-related or other than that can be given for group interview:
What do you think is important in the childcare industry?
How you will describe yourself as child-centric?
Why child care industry needs more educated people to work?
what good you can do to this industry?

Actually, anything can be asked but you need to be confident and need to give your best and then wait for the rest. Do not worry try harder and remember that there is always a second chance. Do not worry while attaining an interview. Definitely you will shine.

All the best!

Thanks
