Hi There

I have a trial at a really nice centre next week and I am so keen to get the job.We got on really well at the interview and I could really see myself working there. It is for a traineeship by the way.

Could anyone please offer me some advice for the trial ? I would be so happy to get this job as this is what I really want to do and the centre is awesome , the staff are so nice too.

Thank you ! :)

Hi Misse,

It's so great to hear that you have found a centre that you really want to work in :D! Let me think, some advice for your trial...

- Interact with the children.

- Offer help to other staff.

- Ask questions if you are not sure what to do.

- Say hi to parents tell them your name and let them know you will be there for a trial.

- Watch and pay attention to how staff members do things and listen to their comments and feedback.

- Use common sense, like if the floor needs to be swept after lunch or spills need to be cleaned up, offer to do it.

The most important thing is for your employer to see that you have good work ethics and that you are suited to this particular centre... I'm sure you will be fine and don't forget to have fun!!

Let me know how it goes :!:

Cheers :geek: ,

Another thing… Wear comfortable clothing, hair pulled back and closed shoes…
