Hi, I have my certificate 3 in childcare and then I studied a degree in Fine Arts and I have not worked in a childcare centre for about 4 years. Now in my life I want to get back into childcare and I am considering of progressing to a Masters in Early Childhood that my degree can get me into or studying a diploma level in childcare.
Which is harder to work as a room leader or Early childhood teacher, which has more paperwork? And which one is more creative and would allow me to work and be with the children more?

Alternatively, which level childcare can work creatively with children run art/craft activities to support their wellbeing ?
