Transition teacher

Does anyone know if i could be a transition teacher (10 preschool children) with an Associate diploma. I would be employed by a school to support children from their preschool to successfully transition to school. I would work independently with no aide. Does this sound like it meets current regulations? Thanks

I've never heard of a transition teacher before...

Typically the Preschool Teacher collaborates with the Teacher as well as the service and the school to ensure effective transition... I'm not sure what your position will be...
