Whats scope in the management study? My small sister want to join this diploma....! is this okay..?

I think you should consult with career coaching. They will tell you in more detail about management study and also tell you that management is right decision for your sister or not because at first they will check your sister's skills in management. In my opinion management is a good field for making career.
