Post by Neer2016 » Wed Jan 11, 2017 12:25 am

Hi everyone,

I'm an OSHC educator for 3 years now. I did cert III in 2014. What do I have to do to become a responsible person at work and how would it affect my pay rate.
I'll be very thankful for any suggestions or help.
Thanks.

Are you referring to being a certified supervisor?

That means being in charge of the day to day management of the room when the director is away... Like 2IC (second in charge)...
