OSHC Director & structure of OSHC

Hi Lorina,

Thanks for the previous replies. I have a coupe of other questions for you.
Do you have a job description for a Director (or other title) who oversees 7 different OSHC services and 3 VAC services?
Is there a specific structure for OSHC providers of more than one service? For example: Management, Director, Assistant Director, Supervisors, Assistants...
Where would an overall office manager fit in? Where do the admin staff fit in? Would/could there be an Compliance Officer/Manager and where would they fit in and what wage would they earn?

Sorry for so many questions.

Hi Again,

I really do apologise for my delayed response... my daughter has been sick then I had a family emergency so I've had a crazy week...
