Hey, I am due to start a new job as a non contact director. I have been a contact director for many years now and played a big part in directing my current centre. However my new job is at a brand new centre due to open in Sep. So i am in charge of interviewing and hiring my team and preparing the centre for operation. Any tips, advice please??? What are some great interview questions i should ask??? Excited, yet nervous!
