workplace reflection diary

heyy,
so I'm currently working on my workplace reflection diary, and I'm nearly finished, but then I have to go back and relate my answers back to the NQF, national laws, the EYLF and standards. And I dont really know how to do that... as in what sort of thing to actually write? I've got questions about healthy eating, toilet learning, interacting with children etc just as a few examples. Any tips would be really appreciated.
