Hi everyone,
im stuck of this question because i dont know how to put my explanation into words,
why should staff be consulted when policies are developed and reviewed??

i think it may be so that all staff are up to date with the correct policies and that they are following the developed and reviewed policies.
Im not to sure ???

Creating policies and procedures together also gives all the Educators the opportunity to understand them (policiess and procedutes) better and gives them a better idea why they are so important and how to follow them. Also you need to review them on a regular basis to check if any changes needs to be done.
