"Explain what would happen to an educator if they ignored a child because they couldnt speak english."

I cant find any information on this. On what would actually HAPPEN to the educator?

Ive spent hours researching and all i have found is *in summary* that you should report any unethical behaviour to the supervisor. So is that it? The only thing that would happen is that the educator would get reported to the supervisor? That doesnt seem like a good enough answer (or good enough outcome!)

I would appreciate any input or thoughts

Thanks

The educator would have to have a formal meeting with the supervisor about the incidences of them ignoring the child. A first warning would be written, recorded and given to the educator along with strategies to encourage the educator to engage with the child. The educator could also be asked to attend a diversity workshop as well to update their knowledge and skills...

Hope this helps,

Educator need to learn the language and skills to handle child. You can discus with high authority as per the Lorina suggestion
